Good evening. We have had both a restful and enjoyable day. We were able to slowly get up and deal with things that needed doing around the house. We have looked after our friend's child again, going to the park and feeding the ducks and stroking dogs. We have then had tea and enjoyed both a male and female night out with friends. I am feeling much better both physically and mentally. I am much less nauseous - Praise the Lord and have been up to much more.
A friend sent me Exodus 14 today and reminded me the Lord is on our side and He is fighting and with us in all of this. It says 'Moses answered the people, "Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you shall see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. The Lord will fight for you, you need only be still". God loves and fights for His people and we only need to be still and come to Him. Our God is an awesome God, He reigns from heaven above with wisdom, power and love.

Prayer for the day: Praise the Lord for His character and His sustaining power. Praise the Lord for His salvation and our hope. Continue to pray for the scan next week that God's will would be done and it would be a blessing. Pray for continued physical, mental and spiritual uplifting. Please pray for our families and their spiritual and emotional needs will be met. Pray for Anne and her support of me and for her own support to be good too.
